MAINTENANCE & ACCIDENTS:

The RENTER should return the vehicle in the same condition with accessories on the agreed time, date, and place during the working days from Saturday to Thursday (8:00 AM to 5:30 PM) except Fridays and public holidays.

Price includes 24/7 roadside assistance, fully comprehensive insurance, service, and maintenance with an equivalent size replacement vehicle in exchange.

TRAFFIC FINES

“In accordance with the recent Qatar's traffic regulations, the RENTER acknowledges that United Car Rentals Co. W.L.L (UCR) is required to immediately settle any traffic violations incurred during the rental period to avoid potential legal consequences.

Fines Paid by UCR: UCR will settle the traffic fines on behalf of the RENTER and will provide official payment receipts. The RENTER agrees to reimburse UCR within 24 hours of receiving the payment notification.

Violations Involving Points: For traffic violations that incur points, the RENTER is required to personally settle the fine within 24 hours of its appearance on the Ministry of Interior's Traffic Violations page (moi.gov.qa). UCR holds no responsibility for the settlement of such fines.”

PAYMENT:

Payments are in advance, and a security deposit OR Credit card preauthorization is to be provided at the time of order confirmation.

INSURANCE:

All our vehicles are comprehensively insured with Personal accident benefits for the drivers and the passengers as per the seating capacity of the vehicles. Insurance will be covered only for on-road usage, and off-road driving is not allowed.

In the event of an accident, it is the RENTER’s responsibility to obtain a valid police report suitable for the insurance claim. The RENTER will be liable to pay insurance excess of Qrs.1000.00 or Qr. 2500 if the RENTER of the vehicle is below 22 years. The RENTER is responsible for paying the insurance excess in the following instances. (Insurance excess amount will not be applicable if the renter obtaining CDW)

a. Where it is determined by the police or police report that the RENTER is at fault.
b. In the event of a hit and run or damages caused where the third party is not involved or cannot be traced.

If the police report is not suitable for an insurance claim, all police, insurance, and repair charge will have to be borne by the RENTER, and a replacement vehicle will not be provided.

Qatar driving license / a valid international driving license approved by the Qatar traffic department.
Visa status with Visa copy/Qatar ID.
