Lusail Winter Wonderland: 1 November – 31 December
Situated on Al Maha Island, Lusail Winter Wonderland is filled with a whole lot of festive fun. With over 50 exciting rides and attractions, live entertainment, mouth-watering food and a variety of drinks, this joy-filled event is perfect for the whole family.
Al Maha Island: 1 November – 31 December
Home to the Lusail Winter Wonderland, Al Maha Island is located across from Lusail Marina and is reachable via a causeway. This ultimate entertainment and leisure hotspot also features Nammos Beach Club, Al Maha Arena and a luxury dining district. Al Maha Island is estimated to attract over 1.5 million visitors per year and is definitely worth the visit.
The Corniche: 14 November – 18 December
The biggest street celebration is Qatar’s global street festival – The Corniche. This carnival-style event will celebrate nations from across the globe. With 4 live stages, over 150 food outlets, daily water and light shows, this family-friendly entertainment is not to be missed.
Aravia by MDL Beast: 20 November – 20 December
If you’re looking to let loose on the dancefloor, get to this music festival. MDL Beast blends the rave music community with Middle Eastern flair. The bespoke production and VIP experience will give you hours of song and dance.
Arcadia Spectacular: 21 November – 21 December
This world-renowned event consists of an A-list line-up form the global stage of techno and house music. You will be mesmerised by this one-of-a-kind experience of global and local cuisine, live shows, internationally renowned artists and DJs as well as the fire breathing 50-tonne spider that’s come straight from Glastonbury 2022.
Festival in Motion: 5 December – 18 December
As part of the events surrounding the World Cup, the Festival in Motion is a culmination of dance, art and music. Inspired by the local culture, diverse heritage and inspiring legacy of Qatar, this 16-day festival features ten iconic locations and was choreographed by renowned French dancer and choreographer Benjamin Millipied. The music is from Nico Mulhy, New York Ballet and Metropolitan Opera composer.
D’reesha Performing Arts Festival: 11 December – 17 December
This festival to be held at Oxygen Park, Education City, boasts a dynamic schedule of various artistic, musical, poetic and scientific performances to name a few. The performers are a range of prominent performers, university and school groups, emerging artists as well as teachers.
Qatar Fashion United by CR Runway: 16 December
Fashion, culture and music comes together in a massive event that will take place between the World Cup semi-final and final matches. Curated by Carine Roitfeld and conceived by Sheikha Mayassa Al Thani, this incredible fashion show will see 100 brands from the world’s most famous designers to the up-and-coming designers from five continents.
